How has this company stayed open? 5th update: because both companies are blaming the other, some of Government mail is missing / or the vendor won't admit they returned it or holding it. So if you want to pick it up on a day different then same day you have to wait until that day. Meanwhile, my government paperwork and DMV plates are sitting at postal annex and I can't get it because of these two s***** companies 4th update: anytime mail only allows pickup request but does not allow you to say which day. Anytime mail is saying it's postal annexes problem and I need to go to them. 3rd update (day 9) Their vendor postal annex refuses to let me pick up my mail because it's not in anytime mail system. Would do it immediately but I want to make sure I get any mail that's already been sent. Received another email giving me the starter information I had asked for on day 3 and finally received an email after multiple emails on day 8 seen everything was approved. Contracted their vendor (the mailbox business.) Found out they never gave my information or documents to their vendor. 2nd update: Anytime send an email saying that my issue was resolved (it wasn't). I asked if there was an app (there is.) They never answer the question and I finally went to look for it after 6 days. I asked what is the process for being notified of new mail? Never answered that question. I also asked a bunch of starter questions that were never answered. But their vendor has not contacted me and anytime mail will not step in/ get involved to ensure that I get the service I paid for. They assured me they were going to let the vendor know and none of my mail would be returned. On the third day, 2 days after turning the paperwork (morning of the third day) I contacted anytime mail and let them know that I was already using the address and I did not want any mail returned. ![]() I'm currently at 8 minutes & still waiting. PST and states that customer service agents are replying under 3 minutes. 8th day: went to anytime chat that's supposed to be open at 6:00 a.m. Messaged on the 5th day and the 6th day and heard nothing back other than it's under review. I still don't have approval from their vendor postal annex. I turned in all of the paperwork on the same day I placed the order. So upset with myself that I did not just go back to a previous company I've used for virtual mailbox. Reply to Anytimes reply: It was not approved and 4 days.
